Congrats are in order for Chef Andy Wildermuth of Thunder Bay Davenport. Andy walked away with best taste at the March of Dimes event in the Quad Cities Wednesday night. Other Chefs came from Biaggis, Bass Street Chop House, Farradays, Happy Joe's and many others. Chef Andy prepared Voo Doo Misu a rendition of a traditional tiramisu made from Voo Doo Lager beer, Crawfish bites served with remulode, Gator Ettouffe served on top of Dirty Rice.
